The people don’t hide the fact that their celebrated hero was a prisoner with a questionable past; they hold up the hero as an example of someone who found redemption.

In Kvatch, most people don’t throw something out as soon as it breaks. Instead they try to repair or repurpose it. In fact, Kvatch is famous for turning broken objects into works of art using techniques similar to Japanese kintsugi.
