Wow. I knew Pixar's early concept of Woody was bad, but I didn't know just how much of a jerk he was. What's weird is that I don't start hating this Woody when he throws Buzz out the window, or even when he shrugs and shows no remorse. It's only when he says horrible things to Slinky Dog that I start thinking that tossing Woody out the window is too good for him. I guess that means if you really want to make certain characters awful beyond redemption, make them abuse a sweet innocent cinnamon roll.

It's also cool to see how they kept the basic structure of the scene and made it work with a more likable and conscience-stricken Woody. It reminds me that even when early story drafts don't work out, the effort isn't wasted. There's usually something worth saving.
