Those are excellent goals, and a nice range of them too. I'm hang the same issue with my health, being stuck at home and in quarantine or under restrictions for much of the last year had definitely had a negative effect on my health. My body just doesn't move as easily as it did before, lol. I love meditating but I still have to discipline myself to do it, even I know how worthwhile spending the time is.
Reading, writing and all the creative things are so good for mental health, as is decluttering, so it looks like you have all bases covered.
