5. What character that you're writing do you most identify with?
There's a lot of me in the characters I write, but I get uncomfortable when I think too hard about how I relate to them. Probably because they often end up with their own versions of my insecurity, doubt, or guilt--things that can be fun to write about but aren't so fun to live with. That said, Mehra is probably the one I most identify with. Oddly enough, that doesn't make her an easy character to write; her chapters are often the most challenging for me.
